Dear Everett,

Today was your brothers first day of preschool. This morning I went in and woke him up and the first words out of his mouth were. "mom I love you" then he crawled over into my lap and said "I love you so much." I had to remember those words when we dropped him off at school and he didn't even tell me bye. He jumped in and acted like he's been going to school forever. Of course it made me cry even though I have wanted this for the both of us for a long time. Your dad and I got to eat breakfast together then go to the store stress free and work on a few projects around the house. The time flew by. I'm sure the rest of the days won't be that great for me since your dad will probably be sleeping so I will probably get bored. Your brother was not happy about us picking him up he wanted to stay the rest of the day with the other kids. One thing I don't really like about his school is the days he goes are math and science days so he won't really learn his letters and words. They do go over the letter from the day before but that isn't really going to do much. They send home the letter worksheets at the end of the week so we can do them at home but I'm not a very good teacher so I'm not sure how this will go. I need to set him up a work station that he will use at home in hopes that will help things go smoother! I love you little boy and I will hopefully have this all figured out and be a pro by the time your ready for preschool!

Love,
Momma
